No way to activate peacock

The instructions in the article don’t work. I can see that Peacock says included when I look at the StreamStore, but there’s no way to activate it or link it.

Thanks for taking the time to post on our community forums, user_pthesb! I'm sorry that an article you found isn't providing the info you're looking for. Can you tell us which article you're referring to? Also, are you trying to activate a Peacock subscription that's included with your internet plan, Xfinity Rewards, or with StreamSaver?

No worries @user_pthesb we can help you with activating your Peacock account.

First lets start with having you go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
Once you're logged into your account you should be able to see a banner to activate.

If you don’t see your Peacock subscription listed, go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock.

Do you see anything here that says activate Peacock?

Do you see anything that says your Peacock account is already active?

There's no banner and nothing that says activate anywhere. All I see is what in the photo I attached. If I click on it, it wants me to pick a paid subscription option.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
