No updates after 9 hours outage

My service has been out for 9 hours and it says “should be restored by 4 pm” which was 6 hours ago. I am the only house affected it seems and no one will take my call or app chat until the outage is fixed but it won’t be fixed until they know I’m still waiting… pleas help??
