No update on wi-fi renewal
I chatted with an agent today to renew my wi-fi account. I asked for the advertised $19.99 but was told it is only for new customers. I was told I could renew for the same price I currently have but there are no updates on my account. I have the transcript.
Please help me to find my renewed contract.
