No update on new xfinity router
My equipment was supposed to be delivered today but I have received no tracking number or confirmation it even shipped. I ordered it last week and told them I’ll be moved in my new place Friday. The automated chat bot has not helped, just says I'll receive a tracking number once it is shipped. I came to my new place this weekend just for that. Please god let me talk to an actual human.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
To send a direct message:

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
