No TV connection

I have had internet all day, but the TV connection has been lost since 5am this morning.  What is going on and why can't I just talk to a real human being?  This is crazy with all the money we spend on this service and you can't get anyone to help.

Hey there user_peb68o, thanks for taking the time to post here on the community forums! There was a national issue with the TV service earlier today that may have been related, but we're receiving word from many customers that their service has been restored. Are you still experiencing issues?
