NO TRUTH TO PROVIDE SERVICE
After two-months (over 30-years with Comcast) customer service has fabricated four "guaranteed" scheduled service dates to replace/bury my cable.
Now it's a SAFETY issue.
Quit making up scheduled confirmed dates and fix YOUR dangerous problem!

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
