No tracking number

My equipment was supposed to be delivered today but I have received no tracking number or confirmation it even shipped. The automated chat bot has not helped, just says I'll receive a tracking number once it is shipped. I was told it would be here today when I placed my order on the 17th. I came to my new place this weekend just for that. Please god let me talk to an actual human.

Here are the detailed steps to Direct Message us:
