No tracking confirmation

Hello, over a week ago I signed up for Xfinity and was supposed to be sent equipment to set up the internet. However, I never got a confirmation email with tracking information. I have an installation appointment scheduled for 2/2/2026 but no equipment for them to install. Please provide assistance so that my equipment will be ready for the installation appointment. Thank you.

user_umdsv2 Thanks for reaching out to us for assistance today with your install and equipment concern. A normal install appointment would mean the tech brings the equipment needed, but I'm happy to confirm the order is in correctly to make sure you don't have anything to worry about. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
