Hi user_8l1udo, thanks for reaching out here on the Xfinity community forums! Two weeks is quite a while to not have consistent service, and I'm sorry that you haven't been able to get help. Can you provide some more detail about the issues you've been having? Is it an issue with your TV or internet service, and is it out consistently or does the service cut in and out?
