Hi user_8l1udo, thanks for reaching out here on the Xfinity community forums! Two weeks is quite a while to not have consistent service, and I'm sorry that you haven't been able to get help. Can you provide some more detail about the issues you've been having? Is it an issue with your TV or internet service, and is it out consistently or does the service cut in and out?

Llego en las noches y el internet es lento y se cae cada rato hoy todo el dia he pasado con el problema que cada rato se va y una cita con un tecnico se demora muchos dias
