No support means dead company
There is no support anymore apparently. You can't talk to a human by any means, and the xfinity assistant is dead. Apparently xfinity is out of business.
As much as Fidium has proven incompetent as well, you can still talk to a human even if they are nearly useless. It took 2 hours to register a router, but with xfinity it's impossible to register a new modem because there simply is no option in the account management anymore, and again, no support, so dead service. I can't even cancel service, I'll just have to close my credit card and get a new one apparently. Insanity.
