no streaming TV for over a week and no way to talk to customer service

@XfinityVictor​ finally found a phone number and sat on hold for 45 minutes... finally got a representative who was very helpful and solved our problems quickly.  I don't understand why it is so difficult to get the service we need a customers. The representative was able to fix our problem within 15 minutes... this is after we spent HOURS with your chat service over the course of a week.
