Let’s try a couple quick things:
Make sure the TV and cable box are turned on
Check the HDMI cable and try a different TV input
Unplug the cable box for 30 seconds, then plug it back in
A couple quick questions: Do you see any lights on the cable box? Does your TV work with other apps or devices?
