Thanks for reaching out to us,  as a customer myself I would not be happy if my box would not turn oe!

 

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting has great information on how you can troubleshoot your  xfinity services via our awesome Xfinity app.

 

 If the issues are not able to be fixed remotely,  our awesome Xfinity app will connect you with an Xfinity agent to assist you with setting up for a technician to come out and fix the issue you're having with your services.
