No Show to scheduled appointment

No one showed up yesterday for scheduled appointment 1pm - 3pm. I asked where tech is on same text x had sent me to confirm, the response was that they didn't find an appointment on my account. I also have an email from x confirming appointment. This is the second time x has pulled this stunt. There is no recourse with this company. I pay my bills on time for years. I've had issues connecting to internet every day for a week. You have my money on time every month. I expect quality service on time in exchange.

No, no one showed up or called bacl. I have attempted to get help every day for 9 days. I need a new modem. This one is 7 years old and who knows how old it was when I received from you. I just replaced the tv because your xfinity chatbot keeps insisting that all looks good... really? I cannot connect the tv half the time I turn it on and my wifi on cell just switched to 5g 20 minutes ago for no signal. My wifi wasn't even showing up on the scan... but all looks good, right? In the meantime I'm paying full service for 24/7 access and getting 50% my monies worth. But all looks good! I guess as long as x gets their $ and "all looks good no worries". I I have requested an agent, cannot get one and you people force us to put complaints on these things but no one reaches back to the customer. You have my # and address and you have record of me contacting you all this time. It's the absolute worse company I've ever dealt with.
