No show appts slow speeds hacked equipment
At this point in time I am so fed up with Xfinity over the last two and a half months I have been getting approximately $434 MB of a 1200 MB of service I've had three no-show appointments I have hacked equipment and I am not getting anywhere with getting this taken care of your customer service reps who are not only unintelligible and cannot seem to grasp the idea of what you're trying to relate to them because they have to go over it 3 to 90 times I'm so fed up with the amount of money I pay for what I'm not getting and I cannot get an appointment scheduled for another 5 days and I have a home security system how do I get to the upper management or to your CEOs
