Thank you very much for reaching out to our team. I know how frustrating any service interruption can be. The Xfinity app or the Xfinity.com/myaccount site will have the most up-to-date information on that interruption. If that is in the as soon as possible status that can mean that the issue is under investigation, and they are determining the cause.
