Hi there, @user_yotr7b! We are happy to further help with your service. I know that is tough when it is not working. I need some further information so I can best help. What services do you have with us? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? 

 

The Xfinity app can be very handy in this type of situation. The app will run a scan of the area for problems and allow you to sign up for text alerts. If there are no issues you can troubleshoot, send signals to your equipment, and schedule a Technician visit (if that is needed). We want things at your fingertips! I know it has saved me a few times now!
