No service
We have not had service since May 6th when we had a storm. They come out and say the wire has to be reattach to the pole. Ive had appointment after appointment where they are a no show. Someone please help me get my wifi back up, going on almost 2 months. Im about to cancel my service at both addresses and mobile service.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
