NO SERVICE unless I pay $5000

We are RIGHT NEXT DOOR to our neighbor that has Xfinity, and yet they want to charge us at least $5000 to service our home. They recently re-mapped our neighborhood for upgrades and STILL wanna charge us $5000 to run a line. All I want to do is GIVE THEM MONEY ! If anyone in management sees this, please get back to me.
