No Service since 1/13 & Xfinity refusing to respond
I have just been warned that I may not communicate with Xfinity Support in direct message without an express invitation to do so as it is a violation of their “Terms of Service”?! I posted and they responded to those who responded to me with invitations but not me? So we can’t talk to someone on chat until service is restored, we cannot call without being disconnected until service is restored, and we cannot DM through this forum without express invitation to do so.
I have a disabled child and have devices that require a home network to keep him safe!!! This is not okay! We have been out since 1/13, and the only person I’m “allowed” to speak to is for billing to tell me my rates for your “amazing service” will go up?!
Other services were impacted by weather and NONE have treated their customers like this! There are NO UPDATES in the link you send and NO information!!! We depend on internet for the safety of my family!!! This is deplorable!!!
