No Service, no number to call

A tree fell on the cable providing internet to my house. This pulled the cable out at the telephone pole. The Xfinity Assistant has no way of me telling them what the problem is. Why doesn't Xfinity Service have a telephone number? Star Link here I come.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I am so sorry to hear about the tree falling, that sounds like a stressful situation, and I definitely understand the urgency of getting your internet back up and running. I hope everyone was safe!

You can always bypass the Xfinity Assistant by using our dedicated Report an Issue Page. Select "Low-hanging or down cable wires posing a safety risk" to escalate this directly to our local maintenance teams @user_pzlfpn.
