No Service, No Information, No Nothing

I’m in Atlanta. The storm passed 30 hours ago. The power has been back for 18 hours. The area is cleaned up and dry. ATT reports no outages in the area. Google Fiber reports no outages in the area. Xfinity has been out for 31 hours and counting, and all we are told is that they will send someone out “when it is safe.” For which we are paying a bundle. So why?

Same here. I live west midtown and things are still out as well. When it comes back up, I may switch to [Edited: "Solicitation"]; this is ridiculous.
