No Service for 60+ Days and No Way to Get Assistance

My service has been going in and out for 60+ days to the point that I cannot use the internet because it does not stay on long enough to accomplish anything. A technician came out on September 3rd and installed a new modem which did not help. The Technician input a new line dig request on September 3rd and I still have not heard anything back from anyone on this open dig request. It has been almost 30 days with no activity or contact. Xfinity keeps charging me every month for service and I have no usable service. When you try and call any number for Xfinity the automated system will not put you in contact with a real person they keep looping you back to an automated assistant.

It sounds like we need to get another service technician out there. Our first step would be is to get your service issues resolved and then we would get a separate job to address the line issue if one needs to be buried or hung. We see your DM and will continue the interaction there. 

Please also note that sending unsolicited direct messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
