No service for 20 days
I haven’t had service in 20 days!!!!! I’m in Thomson, Ga. This is unacceptable. I need to speak to a real person. Someone needs to tell me exactly where the outage is because the outage map only shows my house😡. There haven’t been any Xfinity trucks out here. I need to know when My service wil be restored!!!! Since they keep pushing it back, let’s me know that no one is working on it. At this rate, I need a credit for my entire bill!
