I received a text to enjoy my new service, but no new cable was installed. The old cables are in the trees and are a hazard.

Good afternoon user_jm37jm. I would be more than happy to assist you further. The cables that you are mentioning here, are they cable lines from a pole to the home that are low hanging? Do you have service with us currently? If so, have we put in a ticket for you to have the drop assessed and repaired? If not, I am happy to assist you. I just want to ensure I understand what has been done, so that I can best assist.
