No service at address but made an account? can i get service extended roughly 700-1000 feet from closest service

I went online and got service account, I explained online that i had attempted to get service back in 2014 and they said i was NOT serviceable then. The rep assured me that i was in a serviceable area now and that it could be installed as soon as a couple days away. Since then i have had 3 techs come out and tell me the same thing. I had to pay for a plant extension since there was no service at my poles. The online chat assistant wasted my time for 3 appts, and an hour long phone call for them to tell me that i needed to walk in to a local branch and see WHEN they would have service at my address. The in-store rep said he opened a ticket and to check back in 10-14 days. Its been over 10 years with ATT at 100mbps service. I really want something faster that can handle more traffic.

user_o45e03 Thanks for reaching out! I do apologize for any miscommunication. It sounds like your location is showing serviceable in our system, which would indicate an installation appointment can be scheduled. However, the field teams would know best after surveying the area. If you are 700+ feet away from the nearest Comcast cable tap a plant extension may be required at a cost to you. We can check on the serviceability ticket for you. Please send us a direct message.
