No service and two day wait for tech
My service went out because someone in the area was having trouble. They came back on but mine did not. Now I have to wait until Sunday for a technician. Nothing was wrong with my service. How fair is that! We live far out and have limited cell service. We can’t do anything until technician arrives!! We had ATT before and they would be here at midnight or the next day never 2 days.

@user_8yyhns thank you for taking time to create a post. Working from home myself, I completely understand where you're coming from with needing service up and running. I did want to help get the proper expectations set up that technician appointments are scheduled based off the availability, and sorry to hear that we are booked out a few days.
If you haven't signed up yet, there is the great option for the appointment waitlist: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/appointment-waitlist. Once signed up, if something sooner does open up, you would receive a text and have 30 minutes to accept the new appointment.
