No service AGAIN! after technician left NEW neighbors house
This is the 3rd time that when a new neighbor moves in we lose service. We are extremely frustrated and would like this resolved today. I can’t believe how this keeps happening!? It’s 2 single family homes on one pole THATS IT!!!! nobody else. Daniel in customer service thought it was funny when I said I will go to the pole and switch the wires around myself. We want this escalated!!!
