No resolution to ECM ticket after 6 months
I've called at least five times over the past 6 months to get a simple issue resolved regarding a reward I was supposed to receive. It was supposed to be for a $50 food delivery gift card for people that signed up for these streamsaver package. At least two ECM tickets have been opened and no one ever contacts me back. I don't understand why it's so hard to just get an email.

Hello @user_63d4st. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I know how important it is to get everything that was included in the promotion. For that promotion it was an e-gift card. You should have gotten an email with directions on how to redeem the gift card. Did you also check your spam/junk mail to make sure the email didn't end up there?
