No resolution/ awful customer service

Honestly the worst customer service EVER! I’ve waited a year now with over 30 appointments scheduled for a tech to come out and redo the line they installed when I signed up with them. I’ve got recorded calls with them, emails and the fire marshall has came and documented the fire hazard because of Xfinity negligence when installing my Internet line. The reviews are awful and I completely regret signing up with them. I DO NOT recommend Xfinity to ANYONE I tell potential customers the massive issues I’ve had and many others.

@XfinityAlfonso​ once again, having to jump through hoops to connect with someone who will more than likely make broken promises again. If Xfinity truly values their customers you can contact me, since I have to log in to post in the forum my info should be adequately available to any Xfinity leadership team member. Truly, hope to hear from you soon!
