No refund issued after customer service representative said there’d be one.

I was supposed to get a 31$ refund but my account was never credited even after a customer representative confirmed I’d get it. The ticket was closed with no details whatsoever. I also have a screenshot saying there’d be a refund issued.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

I terminated my service with Xfinity some time in January I am due a credit of over $300.00 and have not received the credit card I was going to get in the mail.  I called you many time on this issue and my last phone call I was told to call the company you guys hired to send me the card at this number 1 888 472-0211 a new ticket was written [Edited: "Personal Information"] 1/3125. Can some one help me to get my refund please. 🙏🏼
