No record of Gift Card?
We are a long time Comcast/Xfinity customer and transferred 5 lines to Xfinity Mobile from Verizon on November 30th. When placing the order we were told we would receive $250 off each iPhone AND a $250 gift card for each current line ported AFTER making 3 payments. I asked the representative to make a note in our account and he assured me he did. It's been over 90-days and I just checked the Rewards Center. It showed no rewards. My wife called customer service and they also said no rewards. I have to admit I getting a little frustrated. We were happy with Verizon. The incentives are the only reason we left Verizon. Does anyone have any advice?
