No receipt provided after returning modem

Hello. I returned my modem, yesterday to the Xfinity store, and was provided no physical receipt. I was told that an electronic one would be emailed to me, but I have yet to receive it. I am concerned that I will be charged for not returning the modem, even though I did. Is there any way to confirm that it was received, and that I won’t be charged? Thanks

user_pr94l5 You would need to contact that store. We are unable to see the return until it is placed back in inventory that can take 10 to 15 days to happen.
