No Real Service

Terrible! No real relevant service available.

We have internet issues with Xfinity. It is a cable line and we upgraded to 500MBPS. The router is right next to my computer

Specific issues are … dragging speeds, (especially in the evenings), no connection when the microwave is on. Speed test is showing average of 180 MBPS. Should be more, but not low enough to cause the lag time that we experience.

I turned in and off every device, unplugged the router and nothing changed. AI texting service does not let you ask real questions. Just choose a question or answer out of the list. Calling the 1-800 number is almost the same. It checks our WiFi connection then will always automatically reset it. It will never connect me to a live person so I can explain our specific issues.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
