No quality in customer service
Been with Xfinity for almost 2 decades. I originally called because they were still charging me for a cable box that I hadn’t had in two years that I literally canceled 3 times prior but continued to be charged for. I was talked into changing my service and after being assured of everything staying the same for less money and after double checking multiple times that it would stay the same, they changed my entire service and for me to get it back, I have to pay more than what I was originally paying. They completely lied to me just for a sale. When I realized what had happened and I called back they just sent me around to a million different people, jerked me around using language barrier, placating people until i hung up in frustration. They weren’t getting enough money from us prior I guess? I’m cutting the cable. I’m not dealing with these people ever again. If anybody is considering cable companies run away from this place as fast as you can. Being a loyal customer doesn’t mean anything anymore. You’re just a number and a mark to juice money out of.
