No power to cable box

I went 6 days without any cable . One day the box just had no power at all and every time i called their dumb automated robot kept rebooting my system and saying there is no response. Exactly thats why i keep calling. I had to lie and say i had a billing issue just to be able to speak with a real person. Comcast should be ashamed of their copy. It’s horrible customer service. Then I finally got a technician scheduled and what do they do they cancel the appointment. So I finally called back and unfortunately i had to scream at the person answering the phone even tho its not their fault. So i went 7 days without no tv. How can a company this big be this terrible. This is the 3 rd time in 4 years i needed a tech to come out because their cable boxes [Edited: "Language"]. Im ready to be done with this company and pay for streaming. Comcast you should be ashamed of yourself!!
