No phone numbers - no customer service

I have questions about my account, the Messager app is awful (clean enough for you?), there is no longer any phone numbers on any platforms. This has become the worst customer service any company has rolled out. I wanted to discuss changes to my plan, but at this freaking point, I am just planning on canceling everything.
