No Peacock Rewards offer showing on Rewards page

I am a Platinum Xfinity member, and am eligible to receive the Peacock Premium for free. When I go to the Rewards page, there is no offer for me to redeem. How do I redeem and activate this offer as a Platinum Xfinity member? Thank you.

Thank you for letting us know! Have you had Peacock Premium previously, or redeemed Peacock under another offer such as Gig+ eligibility? If so, then the Xfinity Membership tier would not show as available.
