No order confirmation

I tried to sign up for Xfinity internet yesterday, but I didn't get a confirmation email afterwards so I don't know if my order actually went through. How can I figure out if I'm actually signed up for Xfinity internet?

If you went through all the steps to create your order you should have received an e-mail that your order has been approved and a link to create your Xfinity ID https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/create-xfinity-username if you did not receive that information it's possible that your order was not processed completely. I'll be happy to look into the order for you to make sure it's set up so you can start enjoying your services.
