No Order Confirmation

I signed up to get Xfinity put in my new apartment but never received a confirmation email despite placing the order. I also can't log into my account to access anything, nor is the main website working for me.

Hello, @user_qcmfo1. Welcome to the Xfinity family! It can take up to 48 hours for you to receive a confirmation email, has it been more than 48 hours since you signed up? If there isn't an active account yet, you won't have online access to one until services are active.

It's been over 48 hours since I signed up and I keep receiving emails that say "complete your order" despite submitting my request. I don't want to be double charged. I am a first-time Xfinity customer and this has been quite frustrating to deal with.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
