No order confirmation email
Hi,
I signed up for an xfinity account, ordered a home internet plan, and selected a window for a technician. The only issue is that the screen said “your new account will be available shortly” and “you will receive an email containing your order details” and I never received such email. I want to ensure that a technician will be here the day I selected but it seems there is no confirmation email for it.
