No Option to Redeem Peacock Premium as Platinum Member

I am a Platinum rewards member, which includes Peacock Premium at no charge as a benefit. I used to see the option to redeem that on the membership benefits page, but I no longer have that option today when I went to redeem. https://customer.xfinity.com/membership

I saw there is another URL to bypass that page here: https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock but my results when I go here are "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer" even though I should be eligible as a Platinum member.

I would like to redeem my offer for Peacock Premium that my rewards tier covers. Can someone please help enable that?
