No one coming to bury cable line
Hello,
Xfinity came to lay a new cable line last November. The gas and electric lines were marked but no one has come to bury the line. I’ve called multiple times and have been told service has been scheduled, but no one has ever showed up. I am frustrated as it’s been a long time, and I need to start mowing the lawn soon.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

I have the same issue. i have called 3 time and told aid be called back each time. No one has called and nothing has been done. I want the line back over head and I want his resolved THIS WEEK!
Very frustrated at how comfortable this company is at wasting my time. This is my property and im a customer.
