No one at xfinity can do anything to solve customer service issues

I have been without service for 7 days.  My appointments keep getting cancelled.  I have been waiting since 8 am on Saturday May 31st for a technician to arrive.  It is now 2:15 and they say it will be another hour.  This company is so compartmentalized that no one can solve an issue.
