No one answering phone calls via customer service
I've used the app and called three different customer service lines many times. Each time, the call ends without a live agent answering. How can I get a live agent on thr phone to adjust my plan?

I am trying to pay outstanding bill. System does not work is showing ooops something went wrong. I’ve been on hold with customer service since 6:30 no one answers. is the system down

Xfinity suspended my services. I paid the bill and the automated system said card declined but it came out my bank account. I call customer services and I’ve been on hold for hours. What is going on and why am I unable to speak to a live agent?
