No Notification on “Planned Outages”

This is the third time I’ve had what you describe as a “planned outage” yet for the third time, I never received a notification.

I work nights.  This now has disrupted my work, again.

I’ve signed up for notifications, but nothing ever comes.  So I’m guess the “planned outages” are not really planned and you’re hiding behind those words.

Final straw.  I hope you’ll want me to stay and fix this with me, but you’ll probably not care if I stay or go.

user_706wf4 Thanks for reaching out about planned interruption notifications not coming to you after setting up for notifications. I can understand the frustration when not getting them as expected, and I'll help in any way I can. The notifications will normally come out 1-2 days before work begins to the email listed as preferred on your login ID when it's not a rush job like we got a part earlier than expected. To confirm, this is the email you have confirmed they are not coming to? Please don't share the email in public, just wanting to know if they match.
