No Network at Next house and No one in Xfinity is aware.

I have 3 techs showing at my house and none of them had any clue that the property does not have any Xfinity network. the issue was raised on the 15th, and it not the 22nd  with no resolution. Support folks are clueless, and have no technical knowledge to even ask relevant questions.

I took additional tech service along with raising a request for the move, assuming that tech will help get the cable pulled to my house before we set up the internet. But no one in Xfinity seems to have any idea. The worst part is none of the techs talk to each other.

i don't even know how Xifnity accepted the request of move when there is no Xfinity network port at the property. not the mention they charged me for tech.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Did you check to see if Comcast was available at that address before you moved?  Are you sure you're in Comcast territory?

@Again I am moving to the same city and the old and new address is just 8 minutes apart. So I just raise a request for the move from one address to another. Considering that there were no errors when I raise the move request, I assumed that there will be a port and Xfinity would pull the cable to my property before the actual move date.

In short first tech who came in said that there is network tap in neighbours property, but Xfinity has not contacted neighbour and never made an attempt to pull the cable from that property to my house.

moreover, I was advised by chat support to just raise the move request. Though I new that there is no active network port in the existing property, I was sure that there would be some way Xfinity can pull the cable to my property.
