No more retention?
I've been a subcriber for ten years, and until now have always been able to get a good retention offer when my bill goes up. This time, though, support has told me there are no retention offers and the only option is to select another more expensive plan. Is this truly the case now, or is there still an avenue for retention? I'll cancel and switch if that's the case, but I'd prefer to stay with Xfinity if possible.
