No Modem Received In Mail

I recently ordered Xfinity wifi, and I received a PPC cable in the mail but got NO modem. Where is the modem?

It sounds like you may have received a "Customer-Owned Modem Kit" instead of a standard getting started kit with an Advanced xFi Gateway. We should be able to correct that for you from here. Would you like to have the modem kit sent out to you, or would you prefer to come in and pick it up at one of our Xfinity Stores?
